He said, "A great number of states were not paying preceding 2016; we had a few difficulties as far as individuals following some of our commitments yet we were in the long run ready to influence through reliable engagement.

"Fortunately for us, the Nigerian government paid group demand for 2015 to the tune of around 54 million dollars and we are exceptionally thankful for that.

"Other part states, also have been regarding their commitments as for the group demand and that has possessed the capacity to give the fortitude to group foundations to actualize activities and projects for 2016.

"Until further notice, we have gathered 185 million dollars as at September 2016 for the initial 75% of the year, discussing Jan. 1 to Sept. 30, 2016," he said.

"There are overdue debts going back to 2003, the sum is very noteworthy.

"They have indicated duty to pay and we have marked various MoUs with them.

"They need to have an installment arrangement for the settlement of these back payments and a few nations have vowed to pay over a three-year time frame.

"Others, in light of the size of the unfulfilled obligations, they consented to pay inside four years and we trust they experience their duties."

He included that part nations had paid around 60 for every penny of what wasplanned for, for the initial seventy five percent of the year.

He assist said that 113.8 million dollars had so far been dispensed to group organizations.
