Nigerians have rejected Buhari - Omokri

- Reno Omokri declared Nigerians have rejected President Buhari

- He made reference to a poll conducted by the ruling party

- Omokri said the result showed how Nigerians feel about the Buhari administration

Reno Omokri who served as an aide to former president, Goodluck Jonathan has declared that Nigerians have completely rejected President Muhammadu Buhari.

Omokri in a facebook post made reference to a poll by the ruling All Progressives Congress asking Nigerians to rate the Buhari administration.

The poll result showed that 51 per cent of the respondents felt the administration had performed poorly.

Omokri wrote: "Even the All Progressives Congress - APC's own poll shows that Nigerians have completely rejected Muhammadu Buhari and his abysmally failing administration! What a Democracy Day present from Nigerians!"

Meanwhile, while speaking with reporters in Abuja, APC National Chairman Chief John Odigie-Oyegun spoke extensively on what he called the damage the PDP did to Nigeria and its economy during their 16 years of rule.

Oyegun went further to explain that the APC actually knew what was ahead of it, when President Buhari assumed power contrary to what a cross-section of Nigerians believe.

He said Nigerians need to commend the APC-led Federal Government for doing everything humanly possible to sustain the economy and save it from total collapse.3
