Lucky couple who were on their way to say their vows in church has been unable to contain their joy after they came across Governor Rochas Okorocha.

It was gathered that the couple were overwhelmed with joy when they came out of the car to greet the governor.
In the photos shared on social media, the happy bride could be seen Kneeling in front of the governor as he greeted her and her husband with a smile on his face.
